Mr. Biscoglio will oversee strategic development and ongoing execution of the company’s medical product and health engagement offerings, according to a May 2 press release.
Mr. Biscoglio joins the company from Prudential Financial, where he served as vice president of business development, partnerships and affinity business. He also held prior roles at Cigna and Anthem in strategy, profit and loss management and innovation.
