Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts has named Paul Long as chief consumer experience officer.
Mr. Long will oversee consumer experience strategy, market research, and Blue Cross' service centers across several lines of business.
Previously, he was senior vice president of product and consumer experience at Premera Blue Cross and held various positions at UnitedHealth Group.
