BCBS Louisiana has promoted Brian Badinger to vice president of technical programs, effective Jan. 1.
Mr. Badinger first joined the company in 2001 as a network advisory systems engineer and most recently was director of enterprise strategic programs, according to a news release.
He will be responsible for developing and overseeing the completion of large, strategic, cross-company programs and will report to CIO Sue Kozik.
