Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City has named Todd Dunivant as senior vice president and COO.
Mr. Dunivant will lead strategy for the company's operations and IT functions, including enrollment, claims operations, technology platforms, cloud computing, digital and technology transformation, and data analytics, according to a Dec. 7 news release.
Previously, he served as chief information officer of benefits operations at UnitedHealth Group.
