BCBS Kansas City CEO to retire, successor named

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City President and CEO Erin Stucky said she will retire by the end of 2026. 

Ms. Stucky has been with the company for more than 30 years, including more than six years as CEO, according to an Oct. 29 Blue KC news release. 

Jenny Housley, who serves as Blue KC’s senior vice president and chief revenue officer, will succeed Ms. Stucky and has been named president effective immediately. 

Ms. Housley joined the company’s leadership team in 2016 and has assumed progressively expanded executive roles, according to the release. She currently manages sales, labor unions, corporate strategy, customer experience marketing, product development and underwriting.
