The Blue Cross Blue Shield Association has named Razia Hashmi, MD, as vice president of clinical affairs.
Dr. Hashmi will lead clinical support, medical policy solutions, pharmacy solutions and clinical solutions, according to an Oct. 3 news release.
Previously, she held several leadership positions at Elevance Health and Anthem BCBS, including vice president and chief medical officer.
