The Blue Cross Blue Shield Association has named Brian Bauer as its new vice president of application solutions.
Mr. Bauer will be responsible for implementing and managing all information technology systems that connect across the 34 BCBS companies, according to a July 10 news release.
Previously, he served as associate vice president of member and provider technology services at Health Care Service Corp.
