Blue Cross Blue Shield Association has named a chief transformation officer and hired two vice presidents, the organization said Sept. 29.
Lynn Merritt has been promoted to executive vice president and chief transformation officer. She will oversee people experience, corporate strategy, communications and community, and serve as chief of staff to CEO Kim Keck. She first joined the association in 2022 as chief people experience officer.
Anastasia Bergmann joins as vice president of people strategy and enablement, overseeing employee development, engagement and organizational effectiveness. She will work closely with Ms. Merritt. She was previously vice president and chief people officer at BCBS Rhode Island.
Justin Moore joins as vice president of application solutions. He will lead teams that build and test technology for the association, the Federal Employee Program and the association’s Medicare Advantage program, including work on AI. He was most recently a market-facing chief technology officer at Amazon Web Services.
