Mr. Robbins has served as an executive vice president of the BCBSA since 2021. He oversaw government affairs, communications and marketing for the association, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Before joining the BCBSA, Mr. Robbins was president of Regence BlueShield of Idaho.
Mr. Robbins will assume the helm of Cushman & Wakefield/Boerke on June 24, according to a May 29 news release from the firm.
