Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield has named Gary Boyd as vice president of information systems, Arkansas Business reported Aug. 30.
Mr. Boyd most recently served as vice president of enterprise omni-channel technologies at Humana.
He will lead digital initiatives at BCBS and focus on strategies, tools and processes that support customer engagement and new partnerships.
