Alignment Health taps 3 insurance veterans as new executives

Medicare Advantage company Alignment Health has named three new executives to focus on growing the company’s membership, according to a June 6 news release.

Todd Macaluso has been named chief growth officer and he will focus on agent relationships and improving overall net membership. He was previously a multimarket vice president of sales at UnitedHealthcare.

David Milligan has been named senior vice president of sales for the California market, where he will lead sales operational workflows and customer base expansions in the state. Previously he was vice president of sales at Bright Health and senior vice president at SCAN Health Plan. 

Joe Kanatzar has been named senior vice president of sales for the Nevada, Arizona, North Carolina, Texas and Florida markets. He was previously Florida Blue’s Medicare growth officer and has held leadership roles at Aetna and Centene.
