Alignment Health names president

Alignment Healthcare has promoted Dawn Maroney to president.

Ms. Maroney was previously president of markets and CEO of Alignment Health Plan, according to a Jan. 13 news release. 

The Orange, Calif.-based company operates Alignment Health Plan, a Medicare Advantage insurer. The company had 209,900 members at the beginning of 2025, up 34% from January 2024, according to the release.
