Medicare Advantage company Alignment Health has named Melinda Kimbro as its new chief people officer.
Ms. Kimbro will lead the company’s human resources division and oversee talent acquisition, culture, DEI, total rewards and facilities, according to a July 6 news release.
Previously, she served in the same position at communications company Viasat.
