- UnitedHealth Group named John Rex president, in addition to his role as CFO, effective April 1.
- UnitedHealth Group named Danielle Gray as EVP of global public policy in April.
- UnitedHealthcare named Krista Nelson as CEO of its Community & State division (Medicaid) in January.
- UnitedHealthcare named Robert (Bobby) Hunter as president of its Medicare business in March.
- UnitedHealthcare named Michael Baker as COO in February.
- Optum promoted its president, Heather Cianfrocco, to CEO in March.
- Optum Financial Services named Dhivya Suryadevara as CEO in February.
