UnitedHealthcare and Radnor, Pa.-based Main Line Health have come to “an agreement in principle,” the hospital system’s website said.
Under the current contract, Main Line Health was set to go out of network July 1 for employer-sponsored plan and Medicare Advantage members, but the contract is now being extended to allow for Main Line Health and UnitedHealthcare to finalize the new agreement.
The Philadelphia Inquirer previously reported the contract dispute could have affected 32,000 people.
