According to a notice of intent to award published March 12, the state chose UnitedHealthcare, Elevance Health, Centene, Molina Healthcare and CareSource to manage its Medicaid program.

UnitedHealthcare, Centene, Elevance, and Molina previously held managed care contracts for the state’s Medicaid program. CareSource was the only newcomer to the state’s program.

The notice of intent to award is not final.
