The sides agreed to a new multiyear agreement that will keep Aetna beneficiaries in network across the health system, according to a Nov. 9 OHSU Health news release.

In October, OHSU Health sent a letter to 30,000 patients saying it would no longer participate in Aetna’s network if the sides were unable to reach a new agreement before Jan. 1.

At the Becker's 5th Annual Fall Payer Issues Roundtable, taking place November 2–3 in Chicago, payer executives and healthcare leaders will come together to discuss value-based care, regulatory changes, cost management strategies and innovations shaping the future of payer-provider collaboration.
