Centene taps chief customer experience officer

Centene has named Anika Gardenhire, BSN, RN, chief customer experience officer.

In her new role, Ms. Gardenhire will work to ensure the voices of customers are heard throughout the company’s decision-making processes, according to an April 20 Centene news release. 

Ms. Gardenhire joined Centene in 2020 and most recently served as chief digital officer. Before Centene, she served as assistant VP of digital transformation at Salt Lake City-based-Intermountain Healthcare.
