UnitedHealthcare, CaroMont Health reach new contract

UnitedHealthcare and Gastonia, N.C.-based CaroMont Health have reached an agreement on a new contract, avoiding a split that was set to take effect April 1, ABC affiliate WSOC reported March 21.

The new agreement keeps those who have UnitedHealthcare plans through their employer in network with the health system through March 31, 2025, according to the report.
