Ms. Hamilton-Williams will oversee the company’s workforce strategy, benefits management, employee analytics, human resources technology, enterprise learning and development, internal communications and talent management.
Previously, she was the Senior Vice President of Total Rewards and HR Operations at Bridgestone Americas, where she led benefits and HR operations for 55,000 employees in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America.
She has also held senior human resources roles at home care provider Amedisys and BCBSNC.
