Flume Health, a health-plan-as-a-service platform, will allow Frontier Direct Care to launch a personalized health plan in as little as six months, according to a Sept. 15 news release from Flume.

The new plan will help Frontier patients and employers in South Texas access high-quality, convenient care through Frontier’s primary care physicians, according to the release. The fully-insured plan will cover the cost of direct primary care services for members.

At the Becker's 5th Annual Fall Payer Issues Roundtable, taking place November 2–3 in Chicago, payer executives and healthcare leaders will come together to discuss value-based care, regulatory changes, cost management strategies and innovations shaping the future of payer-provider collaboration.
