The Eden Prairie campus contains three buildings and was originally built for ADC Telecommunications. Optum leases 473,000 square feet of office space on the campus. The company also has another nearby office building available for sublease.

The lease for the former ADC building runs through Dec. 31, 2023. It’s unclear whether Optum will renew the lease, so the owner listed it.

Optum’s headquarters are also in Eden Prairie, which opened in 2015.
