CenterWell Home Health is now the official name for more than 350 of the division’s locations in 38 states, according to a Sept. 1 Humana news release. The division was previously known as Kindred At Home.

The rebranding was completed over three phases. Locations in Alabama, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee and West Virginia were renamed in the final phase.

CenterWell Home Health is an arm of Humana’s payer-agnostic brand CenterWell. Humana announced the creation of CenterWell in early 2021, a rebranded segment that houses all its healthcare service offerings.
