Inclusa is contracted with the state of Wisconsin to provide long-term care services and support to more than 16,000 seniors and adults with disabilities in the majority of the state’s counties, according to an Aug. 12 news release.

The purchase follows the company’s acquisition of Wisconsin Medicaid health plan iCare in 2020. Humana now has 1 million Medicaid members across Florida, Illinois, Kentucky, South Carolina and Wisconsin and two new contracts in Ohio and Louisiana.

At the Becker's 5th Annual Fall Payer Issues Roundtable, taking place November 2–3 in Chicago, payer executives and healthcare leaders will come together to discuss value-based care, regulatory changes, cost management strategies and innovations shaping the future of payer-provider collaboration.
