Nationwide Provide will pay cash benefits for more than 13,000 conditions to help ease out-of-pocket medical bills, according to an Aug. 3 news release.
Claims can be submitted on mobile or desktop when treatment takes place, with benefits typically paid within 72 hours of submission. Nationwide said the plan is available for brokers to quote in several states.
