UnitedHealth Group seeking chief talent officer

UnitedHealth Group posted June 24 that it is looking for a chief talent officer to join the company at its Minnetonka, Minn. headquarters, either in-person or potentially remote.

The position would report to the chief people officer and would primarily be responsible for leading end-to-end enterprise talent strategy and ensuring readiness of talent pipelines at all levels to support growth, shaping the company’s culture, ensuring the company’s EVP is aligned to the business strategy and advancing the company’s learning and talent agendas through the use of modern technology.

The position will allow for telecommuting flexibility from any U.S. location and will include a pay range of $350,000 to $450,000 annually.

The company currently has 45 open C-suite positions across its brands in different regions of the country.
