Gov. Kate Brown appointed 13 people to the Bridge Program Task Force that will determine what services will be offered under the health plan, according to the April 11 report. Those appointed have expertise in health equity, health insurance, unions, Medicaid coverage, hospital care, behavioral healthcare and dentistry.

The state wants the plan available by the end of the year to ensure those who lose Medicaid coverage will continue to have insurance, according to the report.
