The insurer is entering New Haven County with three traditional Medicare Advantage plans and one dual-eligible special needs plan, Cigna said in a news release.

All four of the plans include fitness benefits and meal delivery after a hospital admission.

The plans also include access to Yale New Haven Health, Yale Medicine, Northeast Medical Group and Community Medical Group providers.

The moves come under the leadership of Debra Kaplan-Lewis, Cigna’s newly appointed Connecticut Medicare market lead, according to the news release.
