Members can enter their ZIP code, preference of in-person or remote, and a specialty to find a list of providers in and out of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas’ network, according to an Oct. 19 news release.
The resource is open to anyone, regardless of their insurer.
“With demand for mental health services skyrocketing during the pandemic, many Kansans are seeking mental health care for the first time,” said Matt All, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas president and CEO. “Deciding that you’re ready to find help is a big first step, but this process can be time consuming and difficult. MiResource helps solve that problem for all Kansans to find the care they need quickly and with less confusion.”
