Anthem names president of Georgia health plan

Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield named Pam Stahl president, according to Georgia Health News.

Four things to know:

1. Ms. Stahl will replace Jeff Fusile, who is stepping down from the Georgia health plan to spend time with his family.

2. Ms. Stahl joined Anthem last year as vice president of sales operations and effectiveness.

3. Prior to that, she served as the chief commercial officer at biotechnology firm Invivo Therapeutics.

4. Ms. Stahl also held leadership roles at UnitedHealthcare and worked in senior management for sales and marketing at Orphan Medical, American Telecare and Astrazeneca.
