Centene’s ACA product in New Hampshire, Ambetter from NH Healthy Families, will discontinue coverage at the end of 2026.
Provider agreements and member coverage will remain in effect until the end of the year, according to a June 26 update. Since the product will no longer be available for the 2027 plan year, members have until Dec. 15 to enroll for coverage effective Jan. 1, 2027.
Ambetter from NH Healthy Families said Centene’s Medicaid and Wellcare Medicare prescription drug plan offerings will still be available in the state.
Centene’s ACA membership has been declining more broadly. ACA marketplace membership dropped 2 million members from the first quarter of 2025 to the first quarter of 2026.
