Memorial Hermann to stop offering individual PPO, HMO plans

Huston-based Memorial Hermann Health Plan will stop providing individual HMO and PPO health insurance plans Dec. 31, according to Click2Huston.com.

The change will impact 8,000 policy holders; however, these individuals will remain covered until the terms expire in 2018.

Memorial Hermann Health Plan will still offer Medicare Advantage and employer plans.
