John Hastings — the chief growth officer for Elevance Health’s services division, Carelon — is leaving the company, according to a May 28 LinkedIn post.

Mr. Hastings has spent more than 20 years at Elevance, formerly Anthem.

“I’ve long believed that growth is a team sport,” Mr. Hastings said. “I’m proud of what we built together and I have no doubt the organization will continue to do great things.”

In March, Elevance tapped Humana veteran William Fleming, PharmD, as chief growth and strategy officer for Carelon, focusing on growth strategy, partnerships and portfolio expansion. His LinkedIn profile indicated his role began in April.
