Dara Francisco will serve as the interim CEO of Inland Empire Health Plan’s Health Access programs, according to a May LinkedIn post.

An IEHP spokesperson told Becker’s that Ms. Francisco will oversee enhanced care management services, the care division and possibly other community programs.

“This opportunity is more than a professional milestone, it’s deeply personal,” Ms. Francisco said. “It reinforces my passion for community and access that initially led me to pursue my master of public health … and this passion has guided my work ever since.”

According to Ms. Francisco’s LinkedIn profile, she was most recently IEHP’s vice president of the care division. She has held several leadership roles across healthcare, including COO of on-demand care at Renton, Wash.-based Providence.

At the Becker's 5th Annual Fall Payer Issues Roundtable, taking place November 2–3 in Chicago, payer executives and healthcare leaders will come together to discuss value-based care, regulatory changes, cost management strategies and innovations shaping the future of payer-provider collaboration.
