Tim Spilker, who spent 18 years across Optum and UnitedHealthcare, has left the company, according to a May 18 LinkedIn post.
Mr. Spilker’s most recent role, CEO of Optum Whole Health Solutions, focused on behavioral and population health solutions. He previously led Medicaid and government programs for UnitedHealthcare.
Mr. Spilker said he plans to focus on friends and family and will become more involved with Cortica, an autism care group, and March of Dimes. He said he wants to “be intentional” about next steps.
