James Schlottman, CEO and plan president of Centene’s Louisiana Healthcare Connections, is retiring, according to a May 14 LinkedIn post.
Mr. Schlottman has spent over 15 years with the Medicaid plan. According to his profile, he previously worked at Humana, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana and UnitedHealthcare.
Mr. Schlottman said he anticipates eventually pursuing another opportunity but plans to focus on his family and travel in the immediate future.
