Humana’s board of directors declared a $0.885 per share dividend to be paid July 31.
The dividend will be paid to all shareholders of record as of the close of business June 26, according to an April 16 Humana news release.
Humana will release its first-quarter earnings report on April 29. The company reported a net income of nearly $1.2 billion in 2025, down 1.6% year over year.
