Point32Health reported a $301 million operating loss in 2025, offset by $167 million in investment income for an adjusted net loss of $141 million.
The insurer, parent company of Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Tufts Health Plan, posted revenues of $9.8 billion and a total membership of 2 million. The results were an improvement over 2024, when the insurer posted a $382 million operating loss on $9.5 billion in revenue, according to the Boston Globe.To help stem losses last year, the company cut GLP-1 coverage for weight loss and laid off more than 360 employees, among other initiatives.
