A Florida Blue and GuideWell executive vice president, focused on corporate affairs and legal, shared his retirement on LinkedIn toward the beginning of 2026.
Charles Joseph has worked at Florida Blue for over 31 years, according to the post. Throughout his tenure, parent company GuideWell was founded and the organization expanded beyond the state, notably through its acquisition of San Juan, Puerto Rico-based Triple-S Management.
“I never imagined my legal career in NYC would lead me to Jacksonville and such a fulfilling journey with Florida Blue and GuideWell,” he wrote. “I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished together.”
A spokesperson for Florida Blue and GuideWell did not have a comment at this time.
