Nevada Medicaid is seeking proposals from insurers to offer a Coordination Only Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan.
Proposals are due Feb. 17, with a contract expected to run from Jan. 1, 2027 through Dec. 31, 2030. The state may award multiple contracts.
Nevada currently serves more than 88,000 dual-eligible members through a fee-for-service delivery model. The state aims to contract with plans that can better coordinate care between Medicare and Medicaid, improve quality, and increase access to services for beneficiaries eligible for both programs.
