Amy Schulman will join Elevance Health’s board as an independent director Jan. 12, 2026, according to a Dec. 10 news release.
She will serve on the audit and finance committees.
Ms. Schulman is currently a managing partner at the venture capital firm Polaris Partners, which oversees investments across healthcare and technology. She also chairs the board for Alnylam Pharmaceuticals and serves as a senior lecturer at Harvard Business School in Boston.
She has previously served in senior executive capacities at Pfizer — including executive vice president and general counsel — as well as president of Pfizer Nutrition.
