The Cigna Group’s board of directors has declared a $1.51 per share cash dividend to be paid on Dec. 18.
The dividend will be paid to shareholders of record as of the close of business Dec. 4, according to an Oct. 22 news release from the company.
Cigna will release its third-quarter earnings report on Oct. 30. The company posted a net income of $1.53 billion in the second quarter, compared to $1.55 billion during the same period last year.
