Oscar Health is launching an AI agent and a menopause health program in 2026, according to an Oct. 20 news release.
OpenAI will power AI agent Oswell, providing on-demand support for members and patient data insights for providers. Oscar said Oswell can explain test results, assist with understanding medications, request prescription refills and review symptoms.
Oscar is also rolling out HelloMeno, a health plan for those experiencing perimenopause and menopause, which will give members access to $0 primary care, gynecologist and behavioral health visits. Labs, hormone therapy, insomnia medications and bone density scans will come at no cost, as well.
Along with its menopause offering, Oscar is expanding its “condition-focused plans” for members with diabetes, COPD, asthma and cardiovascular-kidney-metabolic syndrome.
“We call it health insurance for real life,” said CEO Mark Bertolini.
