The Cigna Group and CVS Health said they will offer discounted infertility medications through TrumpRx, beginning in January 2026.
Cigna’s Evernorth pharmacies — Freedom Fertility and VFP Pharmacy Group — plan to dispense EMD Serono’s Gonal-f, Cetrotide and Ovidrel at the lowest available cash price, according to an Oct. 20 news release. The pharmacies operate in all 50 states and have dispensed fertility drugs for more than 30 years.
CVS also joined the TrumpRx fertility program and will offer access through its CVS specialty pharmacy and 9,000 retail locations, according to an Oct. 16 news release. The company said Gonal-f will be priced 84% lower under the initiative, and patients will benefit from real-time medication availability, automatic coupon savings and next-day delivery at no extra cost.
TrumpRx is a federal website that will offer discounted medications directly to U.S. residents. The program launched following a pricing agreement between the Trump administration and Pfizer, which includes selling drugs to Medicaid at the lowest price offered in other high-income countries and cutting some consumer prices by up to 100%.
The Trump administration said the platform is part of its broader effort to align U.S. drug prices with international benchmarks and increase access to high-cost therapies, including GLP-1s and IVF medications.
