As of Oct. 1, Cigna is back in network for Sarasota (Fla.) Memorial Health Care System, according to a statement on the health system’s website.
The agreement allows Cigna commercial plan members to access two acute-care hospitals, outpatient and urgent care centers, and providers from First Physicians Group.
Sarasota Memorial stopped accepting Cigna plans in 2020 after contract negotiations fizzled in 2019.
