Seven U.S.-based health payers made Time and Statista’s 2025 list of the world’s top 1,000 companies.
Time and market research firm Statista compiled the ranking by evaluating employee satisfaction, revenue growth and sustainability transparency.
Cigna ranked 10th overall — jumping up 22 places from last year — and UnitedHealth Group landed 26th place, leaping 31 spots.
Elevance Health, Humana and Kaiser Permanente performed better on the 2024 list, whereas Molina Healthcare moved up. Centene, which did not make the cut last year, landed at 377.
