Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wyoming is entering the Medicare Advantage market for 2026 coverage.

In its inaugural year, WyoBlue Advantage will be available to Medicare-eligible residents in 22 of Wyoming’s 23 counties. The company will offer both a Medicare-only option and plans that include Part D coverage, according to a Sept. 2 news release.

“We’re excited to serve those who call Wyoming home with high-value health care plans designed specifically for them by people who live in Wyoming, and we aim to add Sheridan County in the future,” WyoBlue President Jeremy Martinez said.

At the Becker's 5th Annual Fall Payer Issues Roundtable, taking place November 2–3 in Chicago, payer executives and healthcare leaders will come together to discuss value-based care, regulatory changes, cost management strategies and innovations shaping the future of payer-provider collaboration.
