Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Imagine360 said it would hire HealthFirst’s employees, according to a Jan. 15 news release.
In 2024, Imagine360 partnered with Nashville, Tenn.-based Ardent to provide benefits to 23,000 employees and their dependents. HealthFirst serves as the administrator of claims services for Ardent’s UT Health East Texas system, which includes 2,300 providers and 14,000 people.
“We welcome HealthFirst employees to the Imagine360 team and believe that our complementary capabilities will benefit existing HealthFirst customers in East Texas while allowing us to reach additional health systems nationwide, the news release said. “In addition, HealthFirst’s state-of-the-art claims processing technology will enhance Imagine360’s offerings for self-funded employers across our book of business.”
