Sanford Health Plan is owned by Sioux Falls, S.D.-based Sanford Health. The plan will operate as a joint venture, with equal representation from Sanford Health and Bryan Health, according to a Dec. 17 news release.

- The plan will be available in 20 counties in the Lincoln, Neb., area beginning in January 2026.
- Sanford Health Plan will administer the plan, while Bryan Health will lead clinical services and the provider network, according to the news release.
- Bryan Health operates five hospitals, outpatient clinics and a physician network.
