The new contract can be extended an additional two years and begins in July 2025. Iowa Total Care has held a contract with the state since 2019. Iowa Medicaid also contracts with Molina and Elevance’s Wellpoint.
Iowa Total Care will continue to provide physical, behavioral and long-term care to more than 218,600 residents across 99 counties.
